Book Treatment Sessions On-Line
In addition to contacting us by phone or e-mail, you can book your treatment sessions on-line once registered with our clinic. For all other appointments (intake, assessment, feedback) please contact our administrative staff directly.
Cancellation Policy
We have reserved your hour long appointment and cannot provide it to anyone else without a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations and/or rescheduling requests. Without 24 hour notice, our cancellation fee of half the hourly rate will be charged.
Payment
We offer flexible forms of payment to allow for easy booking and fee scheduling including cash, cheque, debit, credit card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. If you are a virtual client you will be asked to provide a credit card number which we will keep on file and charge only after services have been rendered. Our fees for psychologial service are in keeping with those recommended by the Ontario Psychological Association. Please call our office and speak with our administrative staff for fees and hourly rates. Psychological services are not covered by OHIP but may be covered by your group insurance plan or extended health benefits. Please review your plan for any limitations.
